Payment Responsibility

Patients are responsible for all charges incurred for services provided by Hygeia Psychiatry.

Insurance

If insurance is used, patients are responsible for co-pays, deductibles, and non-covered services.

Self-Pay

Self-pay patients must pay at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Collections

Outstanding balances may be referred to a collections agency if not resolved.
