Previous diagnoses or treatments
Medications you're taking (including dosages)
Relevant family mental health history

What should I expect at my first appointment
Your initial evaluation is 60 to 90 minutes. We'll review your history, current symptoms, medications, lifestyle factors, and goals. By the end of the session, you'll have a clear diagnosis and an initial treatment recommendation. No decisions are made without your understanding and agreement.
